Celebrating 20 Years in the Triad!

We are proud to be serving Greensboro Triad Area for 20 years.

We are excited and proud to be celebrating our 20th year of serving the Triad in Greensboro, NC. At SERVPRO of Greensboro North we are an independently run, family owned business. 

Our range of services include water and fire damages, mold remediation, restoration, cleaning such as biohazards, soft contents, and carpet cleaning. 

We aim to provide the highest level of service to our clients in their time of need.  

Our technicians and managers are highly skilled and trained in both restoration and reconstruction techniques. Their training is ongoing as we stay up to date on all new technologies and procedures in the industry. As a matter of fact, we are proud to also be a trainership for many new SERVPRO franchisee owners and their technicians. 

Without our team of dedicated employees,  our business simply wouldn't be what it is. From those of our team who are in our office, to our managers and technicians, each one are a vital component to our operation. Our great team consists of people from all different walks of life. Some are from right here in the Triad and others are from cities farther away. All have one thing in common though, they have a passion for what they do and they enjoy helping members of the Triad community to put their homes and businesses back together after an emergency situation. Our current team has many new faces, and our seasoned employees are mentoring a new generation. Everyone works together to get the job done! We are proud to have such a great team, proud of the work they do and grateful for their dedication not only to us but to our community. Our office members and technicians respond to calls at every hour of the day, everyday including on weekends and during all holidays. 

Often due to major storms such as hurricanes, we and our technicians have had the honor of extending our services to communities outside of just the Triad. Some of our team has spent sometimes nearly a month or more working in those areas who’ve experienced devastating floods due to hurricanes. Most recently we’ve helped out in FL and Wilmington, NC. Communities in some areas are still recovering. We admire their resiliency and determination to rebuild and are glad to have had our part in helping to make that happen. 

From a water damage at a large business or a fire at a home to a major storm hitting our community or in a portion of our country, we are always ready when our phone rings! 

We are incredibly grateful to have been part of the Triad community for the past 20 years. We appreciate the support from the community and are very grateful we get to serve them. We hope to continue making it "Like it never even happened." for many more years to come.
